Meet the Board of Management


Elisabeth Boss

Elisabeth brings professional Marketing and Public Relations experience along with many years experience of working with the voluntary sector in both national and local charities.  She also has excellent knowledge and understanding of governance procedures for charities and companies.

Trisha Doyle

Trisha is the volunteer representative on the Board of Management and has volunteered as a counsellor at Off the Record for about five years.  Bath has been home for her and her children (now adults) for fifteen years.  Trish has worked at Ralph Allen school, mainly in the learning support department.

Natalie Drew

Natalie is a family law solicitor with TLT solicitors in Bristol, having previously practised in Bath. She specialises in children law and has been a Trustee with Off the Record for over four years.

 

Peter McCowen

Peter is a Business Psychologist and has trained in Gestalt psychotherapy and systemic approaches to family and organisational systems.  He has been a volunteer counsellor with Off the Record and on the Board for over five years. He brings a wide range of experience of supporting organisational development.

Stella Milsom

Stella brings extensive business organisation and leadership skills following a twenty-year civil service career.  She has specialist skills in relationship and performance management, project and programme leadership.  Stella has a particular interest in the challenges faced by young carers in our communities and how Off the Record can continue to support them.

Arthur Musgrave

Arthur has worked for the last fifteen years in private practice in Bristol as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer. Prior to that he was in charge of Off The Record in Bristol for sixteen years and during that time was involved in setting up Off the Record in Bath and NE Somerset. He is a core tutor on the counselling diploma course at UWE. For some years he was a member of the Management Committee of what was formerly the British Association for Counselling (now BACP) and also served on its Standards and Ethics Committee.

Mike Randall

Mike is now the Assistant Head of Malmesbury School in Wiltshire following a career of teaching science.  He brings extensive leadership experience particularly in the areas of HR and performance management. He also brings an in-depth understanding of the issues young people need support with.

Carolyn Griffiths

Carolyn has a wealth of experience working with employers and educationalists to develop young peoples’ employability, building their confidence and raising aspirations.  She has worked with many young people in the past whose circumstances benefit greatly from the additional support an organisation such as OTR can give.
