The Management Committee
These are the people who make key decisions about running Off the Record, with the help of staff, counsellors, volunteers, experts and – especially – young people themselves. Management Committee membersare known as trustees and have financial and legal responsibilities. The Committee is made up of individuals who are committed to children and young people and who wish to be part of a team that is enthusiastic about the development of the organisation. They meet about once a month and offer their individual skills and experience in making important decisions about money, employees, volunteers and other matters.
Trustees need to be over 18 years of age. If you interested in becoming a trustee contact us.
