Advocacy Service Administrator

Part-time Post - 15 hours a week. Salary: £15,725 - £16,830 pro rata.  Based in Keynsham.

We are looking for a capable administrator for our Children's Rights and Advocacy Service who will provide a comprehensive administrative, clerical and typing service to staff and sessional workers. As well as dealing with general office admin you will use your excellent IT skills to produce publicity material and newsletters and process/prepare statistical information.

Experienced in administration you will need a minimum of 3 GCSEs including English & Maths or equivalent relevant qualifications and be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Publisher. The ability to work on your own initiative is important as are good organisational skills.

You will need to maintain confidentiality and will at times have to deal with situations which could be upsetting or challenging.
