Young People’s Legal Advice Service
What is it?
Sometimes, young people need specialist legal advice and support to help them get their rights and needs met, and get the support they are entitled to.
The service is run by Off the Record B&NES.
Who can use the service?
Any young person under the age of 25.
Like all of our services it is free and confidential.
How does it work?
We will assist you in finding someone suitable to help you depending on the problem. Then we can suppprt you speak to them on the phone.
What sorts of issues can we help with?
We have had young people access the Legal Advice Service with a whole range of different issues, including:
- Housing and homelessness
- Benefits
- Employment
- Tracing birth parents
- Debt
- Disability
- Education
- Mental health
- And many more…
