• Young Carer's Transition Report 2007
  Consultation carried out with young carers (age 14+) to develop an age appropriate service for older young carers. Carried out by Amy Manning and Rachel Silman, second year Social Work students at the University of Bath.
  
• Anti-Bullying Report 2007
  In Partnership with B&NES Children's Fund, the Local Safeguarding Children's Board and B&NES Council.
  Report informing the Local Authority of existing anti-bullying strategies and determining the best way forward in tackling bullying and discrimination so that children and young people feel safe within the community.

• Shout Out! Instructed Advocacy Policy 2008
  Advocacy is concerned with people directing how their wishes and feelings are represented.
  
• Shout Out! Non-Instructed Advocacy Policy 2008
  Shout Out! believes that children and young people unable to instruct are entitled to Advocacy and to exclude them within the provision would be discriminatory:  Disabled children and young people, no matter how profound their needs, should have the same rights to involvement and to protection as all children and young people.
