About our Workshops

What will the workshops be like?

The workshops will include a mixture of informative psychoeducational activities and arts, crafts and nature based activities.

Why is it aimed at LGBTQ+ young people?

One identified barrier for LGBTQ+ young people in seeking support for their mental health is fear of professionals misunderstanding or judging their sexuality or gender identity. These workshops will be run by LGBTQ+ professionals with lived experience of mental health issues. Attending an LGBTQ+ specific workshop can also help you to find community with others who have a similar experience to you.

How can I sign up?

If you’re interested in signing up to our next course of LGBTQ+ Mental Health Workshops then please fill in the form below and we’ll be in touch.

Seeking help and support for your mental health can be a scary step, so well done.

We’ve tried to make our initial sign up form as simple as possible . We will ask for some more information from you when you attend the group in person.

No upcoming workshops.
