MORE ABOUT YOUR OTR
Your OTR is a group of young people aged 16-25 who take the lead on shaping and improving Off the Record.
Off The Record strives to be a youth-led organisation, and so we want to make sure young people’s voices are at the heart of everything that we do. It’s a great chance to improve your skills and confidence, and a fab thing to put on your CV!
Your OTR meets monthly (online and in-person) to:
Discuss what is important for young people right now
Take part in exciting training
Make suggestions for how Off The Record can improve its services for young people
Take part in interviews for new Off The Record staff
Meet with Off The Record trustees
